  • 30 days of annual leave plus bank holidays - which increases to a maximum of 38 days 

  • Enhanced parental leave - Up to 52 weeks maternity leave: 26 weeks at the normal rate of pay, 13 weeks Statutory Maternity Pay, 13 weeks unpaid

Safeguarding

The Reading Corner is a not-for-profit organisation working to support children and young people. As such, we have a responsibility to safeguard the welfare of all people we engage with in the course of our work. All potential employees and volunteers - where appropriate - are subject to a series of checks including, but not limited to:

  • Completing a DBS check

  • Providing references

  • Confirming your right to work in the UK
